摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the influence of case based learning method(CBL) combined with PDCA cycle standardized teaching on critical thinking of nursing students.Methods:A total of 72 nursing students in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University were randomly divided into two groups with 36 patients in each group,patients in the observation group were given with CBL combined with PDCA cycle standardized teaching mode,while the control group were given with traditional teaching method,The critical thinking scores of nursing students before and after the implementation of the two teaching modes were compared,and the evaluation of standardized teaching model of nursing students in the observation group were observed.Results:Before and after the implementation,the total scores of the critical thinking ability of the observation group were (266.31±21.77)and(351.86±5.72),there was statistically significant of the total score and the score of each dimension in before and after the implementation.Before and after the implementation,the total scores of the control group were(242.51±18.30)and(273.69 ± 14.61),there was statistically significant of the total score systematic ability and cognitive maturity score before and after the implementation(P<0.05).There was statistically significant of the total score and the score of each dimension after the implementation in the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL combined with PDCA cycle standarilized teaching was beneficial to train critical thinking and autonomous learning ability of nursing students.
