Construction of diet control KAP scale in hyperuricemia and gout patients based on Delphi method

Abstract
Objective:To construct diet construct diet control KAP scole in hyperuricemia and gout patients based on Delphi method patients and guide the health care workers to assess the status of their diet control Methods:Based on the KAP theory,the paper begn with reference to the relevant guidelines to form the initial scale entry pool,and Delphi method was used to carry out two rounds of correspondence to 25 experts.Results:The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,and the authority coefficient of the experts was 0.830.The importance score of the first round of the total scale was(4.19±0.79),the variation coefficient was 0.19,the coordination coefficient was 0.254;the second round of the importance score was(4.38±0.28) points,the variation coefficient was 0.16,the coordination coefficient was 0.197.x2 test results were statistically significant (P<0.001).The formation of the scale included knowledge(16 entries),beliefs(14 entries),behavior(12 entries) 3 subscales a total of 42 entries.Conclusions:Hyperalicemia and gout patients diet control KAP scale could be used to assess the patient's diet control KAP status,to provide evaluation tools for the relevant intervention,but also could provide scientific basis for the application and development of the KAP theory,but it needed further empirical researchs.关键词
