Abstract
This is an overview on progestogens in pregnancy concentrating on micronized progesterone and dydrogesterone.The following clinical entities will be discussed:threatened miscarriage,recurrent(habitual) miscarriage,preterm labour,preeclampsia.Taking all the available data until 2017 together for both micronized progesterone and dydrogesterone,clinical effectiveness has been shown in threatened miscarriage,recurrent (habitual)miscarriage and preterm labour.But recent reports have questioned the effectiveness of micronized progesterone in these clinical entities.Regarding preeclampsia only data on dydrogesterone with a significant effect are available.关键词
