Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlated factors related pregnancy outcome in GnRH antagonist protocol & fresh embryo transfer cycles for the patients with poor ovarian response.Methods:The data of the patients with poor ovarian response in GnRH antagonist protocol were retrospectively analyzed.The predictors of clinical pregnancy outcome of fresh embryo transfer in this population were analyzed by Logisitic regression analysis.Results:A total of 206 POR patients were received fresh embryo transfer.In the Logistic regression model related to clinical pregnancy outcomes,woman's age was the only significant variable [(OR 0.875,95％ CI(0.821,0.931)](P＜0.001).Conclusions:The clinical pregnancy rate is decreased along with the increase of age of patients with poor ovarian response in the GnRH antagonist protocol & fresh embryo transfer cycle.关键词
