卵巢交界性肿瘤患者保留生育功能术后行IVF助孕妊娠四例报导
Pregnancy outcome of IVF in patient with borderline ovarian tumors after fertility-sparing surgery

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical pregnancy outcome of IVF after fertility-sparing surgery of borderline ovarian tumors(BOTs),and provide the experience of assisted reproduction for BOTs patients.Methods:Four patients with BOTs who were performed fertility-sparing surgery and got pregnancy after IVF treatment in the Reproductive Center of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital from Jun 2015 to November 2016 were included.The basic condition,BOTs surgical data,pre-pregnancy assessment & ovulation induction program,clinical pregnancy outcomes,and follow-up results etc.were analyzed retrospectively.Then the clinical outcomes of the patients with BOTs after fertility-sparing surgery and assisted reproductive therapy were analyzed and discussed combined with literatures.Results:The average age of 4 patients with BOTs was 28.5 years,and the maximum age was 33 years.They had 2 to 4 years of primary infertility.They received IVF at 2-11 months after fertility-sparing surgery.All of them acquired clinical pregnancy by the different ovulation induction program after the assessment of ovarian reserve.Two of them had health delivery,while others were still ongoing pregnancy.There was no recrudescence of BOTs among them after pregnancy.Conclusions:The prognosis of earlier onset BOTs is good.Doctors should actively estimate the possibility of fertility-sparing surgery for young women with child-bearing desire.The patients with ART indications should receive assisted reproduction under the guidance of specialists as early as possible.关键词
