中、重度少弱精子症患者冻融精子与新鲜射出精子的ICSI临床结局比较

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical outcomes of ICSI between fresh and frozen-thawed cycle in the patients with mild and severe oligoasthenospermia.Methods:A retrospective study was performed on 227 pair infertile couples with 240 ICSI cycles.The couples were divided into three groups:fresh & severe oligoasthenospermia group(107 couples,111 cycles)and fresh & mild oligoasthenospermia group(71 couples,76 cycles)and frozen-thawed & mild and severe oligoasthenospermia group(49 couples,53cycles).The outcomes of ICSI were compared among the three groups.Results:The rate of available embryo(78.1％ vs.75.0％ vs.66.7％)and high quality embryo(46.1％ vs.46.2％ vs.37.4％)were significantly higher in fresh & severe oligoasthenospermia group and fresh & mild oligoasthenospermia group than frozen-thawed mild and severe oligoasthenospermia group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in the fertilization rate,normal fertilization rate,cleavage rate,clinical pregnancy rate,and implantation rate among the three groups(P＞0.05).And there were no significant differences in the available embryo rate,high quality embryo rate,normal fertilization rate,cleavage rate,clinical pregnancy rate,and implantation rate between fresh mild oligoasthenospermia group and fresh severe oligoasthenospermia group(P＞0.05).Conclusions:The available embryo rate and high quality embryo rate in frozen-thawed ICSI cycles are affected,but the clinical pregnancy rate and embryo implantation rate are not affected in patients with mild and severe oligoasthenospermia.关键词
