子宫内膜厚度与新鲜IVF-ET术后异位妊娠相关性研究
Correlation between endometrial thickness and ectopic pregnancy in fresh IVF-ET cycles

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between the endometrial thickness(ECT)and the incidence of ectopic pregnancy(EP).Methods:A total of 5 565 IVF cycles with fresh embryo transfers in our center from January 2014 to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to whether ectopic pregnancy occurred,the cycles were divided into two groups:intrauterine pregnancy group (5 489 cycles),ectopic pregnancy group (76 cycles).The age,etiology of infertility,fertilization type and ECT were compared between the two groups.The EP influence factors such as ECT,ICSI fertilization,tubal infertility and number of embryos transfer were also analyzed by Logistic multivariate methods.Results:There was no significant difference in general condition between the two groups before IVF treatment(P＞0.05).The proportion of ECT＜9 mm,9-12 mm and＞12 mm was 23.68％,52.63％ and 23.68％ respectively in EP group,while the corresponding proportion was 9.05％,50.15％ and 40.80％ respectively in intrauterine pregnancy group.There was a significant difference in the proportion of ECT＜ 9 mm and ECT＞12 mm between the two groups(P＜0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis indicated that the risk of ectopic pregnancy was significantly lower in ECT 9-12 mm group [(OR 0.225,95 ％CI(0.116,0.439)](P=0.00)and ECT＞12 mm group [OR 0.543,95％0CI(0.310,0.951)](P=0.03)compared with in theECT＜9 mmgroup.Besides,the factors of tubal [OR 1.835,95％CI(1.058,3.184),P=0.03] and ICSI fertilization [OR 1.91,95％ CI(1.144,3.188),P=0.01] were the high risk factors for EP.Conclusions:The risk of ectopic pregnancy is significantly reduced when endometrial thickness is more than 9 mm.关键词
