组合式永磁同步直线电机端部效应力研究
Research on End Effect Force for Combined Type Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motors

Abstract
In order to improve the thrust fluctuation characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors (PMLSMs),a novel combined type permanent magnet synchronous linear motor is proposed in terms of its structure characters.The structure of the combined type PMLSM is introduced.Taking the plate short primary long secondary type PMLSMs for example,the end effect forces of traditional PMSLM and combined type PMLSM are analyzed using Fourier series method,respectively.The core length selection method under minimal end effect force is obtained.The analysis of the end effect force is verified by finite element method.The detent force is tested on the prototype experiment platform.The simulation and experimental results show that the combined type PMLSM can effectively reduce the end effect force and detent force,and obvi ously improve the thrust fluctuation characteristics.关键词
