内生真菌Penicillium sp.生物碱类次级代谢产物研究
Research on Alkaloid Metabolites from Endophytic Fungus Penicillium sp.
摘要
Abstract
During the searching for the active secondary metabolites from the endophytic fungi,three alkaloid compounds were isolated from the potato dextrose liquid medium of the endophytic fungus Penicillium sp.(NO.64),obtained from the leaf of Paris polyphylla.The structures of these three compounds were determined by NMR,MS and other spectroscopic methods.The structures of compounds 1 and 2 are identified as the azoxystrobin derivatives;while the compound 3 is a linear dipeptide derivative.It is the first time to be isolated for compounds 1-3 from the nature and the plant endophytic fungi.关键词
