Intelligent motor control system based on single-chip microcomputer and Kingview
摘要
Abstract
In order to satisfy the automatic control and high stability requirements of semi-solid alloy slurry pulping pro-cess,an intelligent upper and lower motor control system based on single-chip microcomputer and Kingview was designed, which can eliminate the problem of uneven stirring existing in conventional single motor. The system is mainly composed of mo-tor power supply circuit,motor drive circuit,single-chip microcomputer control system and computer Kingview control. The fly-back AC/DC conversion circuit with isolated function is adopted in motor power supply to provide the stable power supply for the motor and the system. The motor drive circuit adopts the H bridge structure to realize the control of positive and negative rota-tion,acceleration,deceleration and speed matching for the upper and lower motor by means of receiving the control instruction given by control circuit. The STM32F103ZET single-chip microcomputer is taken as the core processor,combined with PI algo-rithm to realize the exclusive closed-loop control of the motor,and connected with Kingview software interface in computer to realize the control of the motor parameters. The experimental results show that the system can realize the speed precise matching of the upper and lower motor,and has better results than the single motor stirring system.关键词
