摘要

Abstract

The slot/pole ratio plays a key role in the performance of brushless DC motor. According to the choice of the motor′s slot/pole ratio,a brushless DC motor with 4-pole and 6-slot,4-pole and 12-slot,and 4-pole and 24-slot was designed and analyzed. On the basis of electromagnetic loading,the main dimension and part parameters of the motor were determined, and their mathematical model was constructed. According to the finite element theory,the Ansoft transient analysis is used to compare the back electromotive force,air gap flux density,efficiency and torque of several kinds of motors to verify the practica-bility and advantages such as efficiency,torque and air gap flux density of the 4-pole and 6-slot motor. The conclusion that the motor can reach the best effect in theory and practice is obtained.
