摘要

Abstract

The conductive sponge is applied to electromagnetic shielding clothing to reduce the harm of electromagnetic wave to human beings .The method of flange coaxial test was used for experimental research from the three aspects :determination of combined conductive sponge ,determination of combined layer number of conductive sponge used for garment manufacture with fabrics and selection of garment seam type suitable for conductive sponge . The test results show that the best combination of combined conductive sponge is copper and nickel plated plain woven fabric and conductive sponge . The three - layer fabrics of conductive sponge applied in electromagnetic shielding clothing is silver plated diamond -shaped lattice fabric copper and nickel plated diamond -shaped lattice fabric/stainless steel fiber blended fabric + combined conductive sponge .The seam type of conductive sponge applied in electromagnetic shielding clothing is selected as follow s :bound seam + taped seam on the right side (combined conductive sponge) .This paper provides reference for the development of electromagnetic shielding clothing with high shielding effectiveness .
