石墨烯纳米复合物的制备及其可见光催化性能
Preparation and Visible Light Photocatalytic Property of TiO2/Graphene Nanocomposites
摘要
Abstract
A series of TiO 2 and TiO 2/graphene nanocomposites (TiO 2/RGO)were prepared by the hydro-thermal method,in which Ti(SO 4 )2 was used as precursor.The crystal phase,microstructure and dispersion of TiO 2 in the prepared nanocomposites were characterized by XRD,SEM and TEM.The as-prepared nanocom-posites were found to be of visible light response by means of UV-vis spectra analysis.The prepared TiO 2/gra-phene nanocomposites showed higher photocatalytic activity in degradation of methyl orange under visible light irradiation than that of pure TiO 2 .The results showed that TiO 2/graphene nanocomposites,which was pre-pared by hydrothermal method at 200 ℃ for 24 hours,exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity under the present conditions.Under visible light irradiation,the degradation rate of 12 mg/L methyl orange solution reached up to 99.9% within 3 minutes over 1 mg/mL TiO 2/RGO photocatalysts.关键词
