摘要
Abstract
The diphenylamine sulfonate was used to prepare the stable graphene water dispersion,which was incorporated into the WPU to form the graphene/WPU composites.The results showed that the hardness,high-thermal stability,water,acid and alkali resistance of the films gradually increased and the surface electrical re-sistivity decreased with the increasing contents of graphene.In comparison with pure WPU material,the com-posite coatings'surface electrical resistivity decreased from 8.64×1012 to 5.54×108 Ω,the tensile strength im-proved from13.71 MPa to 17.32 MPa,the water absorption rate decreased from 10.33% to 3.87%,the acid ab-sorption ratio decreased from 8.68% to 2.93%,alkali absorption ratio decreased from 9.36% to 3.84%,shore A hardness increased by 6.29%,and the carbonization temperature increased by 65 ℃.关键词
