摘要

Abstract

With mass application of UHVDC transmission project and rapid development of new energy,using new large capacity condenser to provide dynamic reactive power support and improve power system operation stability has brought lots of attention in power industry both in China and abroad.Various topics related to new large capacity condenser are discussed in detail including application advantage,key index requirement,system configuration,quality control and performance test.The discussion provides theoretical foundation for equipment performance optimization and new large capacity condenser supporting project evaluation.
