天津市MTB与HIV双重感染患者防治效果分析

Abstract
To assess the effect of TB/HIV co-infection control program in Tianjin and to provide scientific evidence for the improvement of treatment and management mechanism of TB/HIV cc-infection.A total of 19 654 tuberculosis patients registered in the Tuberculosis Information Management System from June 2011 to December 2016 were enrolled,of which 16 821 received HIV test and 42 patients with TB and HIV co-infection were confirmed.We provided anti-TB treatment (42 cases) and anti-retroviral-therapy (ART) (32 cases) for patients with TB/HIV co-infection and observed their treatment outcomes and followed up for one year.HIV screening rate among TB patients was 86.0％ (16 821/19 564) and HIV positive rate was 0.25％ (42/16 821).TB treatment success rate was 78.6％ (33/42),32 (76.2％) received ART.Among 33 patients of TB treatment success,4 was died and 2 relapsed within one-year follow up.关键词
