激光诱导击穿光谱法快速定量检测皮革中的铅和铬
Fast quantitative analysis on Pb and Cr in leather with laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy
摘要
Abstract
A method of simultaneous quantitative measurement of the heavy metal elements Pb and Cr in leather by using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS)was established.The LIBS system was composed of a Q pulse Nd:YAG laser,an echelle grating spectrometer,an ICCD detector and an innovative rotating sample stage.We collected the LIBS spectra of 3 leather samples by selecting characteristic lines of Pb and Cr and optimizing the laser energy,the delay time and the depth of focus.The Boltzmann curves of Pb and Cr were established by using the free calibration method.According to the curves,the contents of Pb and Cr in leather samples were calculated.The relative standard deviation of the contents of Pb and Cr ranged from 3.22% to 7. 66% and from 12.19% to 14.00%,respectively.t test results showed that there was no significant difference between the measured values and the actual values.关键词
