便携式鱼肉抗菌药物残留量拉曼检测系统设计研究
Design of portable optical detection systems for antibiotics residuals of fish
摘要
Abstract
This research designed a rapid nondestructive optical system for detecting antibiotics residuals of fish.This optical detection system integrated a 785nm laser light source,a spectral signal acquisition module and a motorized displacement platform.The Raman spectra of antibiotics of sulfamethazine,chloramphenicol,enrofloxacin and florfenicol were obtained by using this system.The residuals of these antibiotics in fish were determined.The results suggested that it is able to qualitatively determine the antibiotics residules in fish.关键词
