Study on the aerodynamic characteristics of ginkgo leaves

摘要

Abstract

The vibration deformation and the change of the critical state of ginkgo leaves facing wind were studied.The angles of ginkgo leaves and the indentation of the lamina were found to be an important factor affecting the vibration deformation and the critical wind speed of leaves from the analysis of 180 leaves in the wind tunnel.The resistance coefficient of ginkgo leaves decreased with the increase of lamina angles.The leaves with larger lamina angle have a more stable state and better ability to maintain their stability under the same wind speed.The critical wind speed of ginkgo leaves with different indentation length was different.
