摘要

Abstract

Servo electric cylinders have been widely used for their excellent positioning and thrust control performance.It is difficult for the current test system to test their comprehensive dynamic and static characteristics and loading performance.A servo electric cylinder's comprehensive performance test system which was equipped with hydraulic dynamic loading devices,the corresponding control detection units and the software systems of upper and lower computers was developed.It can rapidly and automaticly measure the stoke,the location accuracy and the thrust of servo electric cylinders.It also has the advantages of high efficiency,stability and easy operation.
