中国农村三大要素市场发育的互动关联逻辑——基于农户多要素联合决策的分析
Joint decision-making logic of three elements in rural China

Abstract
Most of the articles focused on the interaction between labor and farmland,but few studies have incorporated capital elements together,leading to the lack of overall integration of the interrelationship anong the three elements of rural areas.Based on the reality of rural China,we put the three elements in the same analysis framework to explain the factors of farmer's joint decisionmaking mechanism from the perspective of the behavior of farmers.And then combined with the survey data of 2 082 households in nine provinces,the multivariate probit approach was used to analyze the microscopic dynamic mechanism and the interaction logic of the three elements.The study shows that there is a characteristic of relevance among the development of three elements markets.Specifically,there are a positive interaction between non-agricultural employment transfer and land transfer behavior,a significantly negative correlation between non-agricultural employment transfer and capital lending behavior,and a significant positive relationship between farmland transfer and capital lending.The interrelated and intertwined characteristics of the three major elements of the market implies that:the government's policy on any of the three markets should take the possible containment of other markets into account,be coordinated to promote the three types of market coordination and healthy interaction,and achieve the effective integration of multiple policy objectives.Three aspects should be noticed:first,with the help of the interactive mechanism between labor migration and farmland circulation,to build an open and expanding agricultural land market;second,from the perspective of the relationship between labor migration and capital lending,it is necessary to deconstruct the negative inhibition between the two elements,and it is important to focus on how to guide farmers from simple non-agricultural employment shift to ' wealth'motives of entrepreneurial migration,and build institutional basis for the interaction of the farmers' entrepreneurial migration and entrepreneurial financial capital loan;third,the interaction mechanism of the farmland circulation and the capital loan should be used to further leverage the development of the two markets.关键词
