摘要
Abstract
Early-stage endometrial cancer is at risk of lymph node metastasis,but there is still controversy about the need for regional lymph node dissection in all patients.Depending on the preoperative and intraoperative evaluation,the decision is made whether the lymph node resection and the extent of lymph node excision will be performed.High-risk cases should be treated with systematic lymphadenectomy.关键词
