Diagnostic value of three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound in pernicious placenta combined with placenta accreta

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound in pernicious placenta combined with placenta accreta.Methods There were 63 pregnancies with pernicious placenta in case group,who were treated in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from Feb.2015 to Jan.2017.There were 120 normal pregnancies with anterior placenta in control group,who were in the same gestational weeks at the same period.Three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound was used to measure the vasularization index (VI),flow index (FI) and vascular flow index (VFI),in order to analyze their relationships with placenta accreta.Results The VI,FI,and VFI values in case group were higher than those in normal group (P<0.01).The VI,FI,and VFI values of placenta accreta cases were higher than those without placenta accreta in case group (P<0.01).The ROC critical values of case group were 37.710,34.875 and 15.330.According to the critical values from ROC curve analysis,the VI,FI,and VFI of the case group were divided into two groups of high and low layers,and then it was found that the VI-high,FI-high and VFI-high rates of pregnancies with placenta accreta were significantly increased (P<0.01).In addition,according to the ROC critical values of VI,FI,and VFI,the diagnostic accuracy rate of placenta accreta was 93.7%.Conclusion Quantitative evaluation of the vessels around the placentas in lower uterine segments of pernicious placentas with three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound is helpful to prenatal diagnosis of pernicious placenta combined with placenta accreta.关键词
