Screening and consultation of pre-p regnancy HBV infection in women of child-bearing age
摘要
Abstract
All women of childbearing age had better conduct hepatitis B virus screening for the first time before and during pregnancy because perinatal transmission of hepatitis B virus is the most important means.HBeAg positive pregnant women need to be evaluated disease severities by doctors of hospitals with management experience.The high-risk pregnant women involving active hepatitis must be drug intervention.Doctors should guide reproductive and health care for the fertile women with chronic hepatitis B infection.Women of prenatal,childbirth and postpartum period and neonatals need to be monitored and managed according to the individual situation to get proper treatment.关键词
