摘要
Abstract
Mother-to-child transmission(MTCT) is the most important way of spreading hepatitis B.In addition to the application of the hepatitis B vaccine and hepatitis B immune globulin,preventive antiviral treatment for pregnant women is still one of the important preventive measure of MTCT.How to choose the reasonable antiviral drug,when to add on the preventive medicine,what the postpartum withdrawal plan is and the suggestion about breastfeeding are all the hot and difficult problems need to be focused on.Through this paper we summarize and analyze the guidelines and clinical researches by combining the clinical practice,hoping to provide some clinical guidance and help.关键词
