Advance in treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
摘要
Abstract
Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a chronic liver disease with complicated pathophysiology and mechanism.It could manifest as simple steatosis,steatohepatitis,liver fibrosis or cirrhosis,even liver cancer.It also increases the incidence of some extraheptic diseases,such as diabetes,colorectal cancer,chronic kidney disease,cardiovascular events and other endocrine disorders.There is no specific drug for NAFLD.Although weight loss is the basis of treatment for NAFLD,it is hard to maintain.The advancement in studies on the treatment of NAFLD was discussed in this review based on the studies on NAFLD treatment in recent years.关键词
