慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇血清学及病毒学特征——沈阳部分地区2016年与2010年对比研究
Comparative study of the serological and virological characteristics in pregnant women with chronic HBV infection between 2016 and 2010

Abstract
Objective To investigate the five-year trend of chronic HBV infection by comparing hepatitis B s antigen (HBsAg) prevalence,hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) postive proportion and high viral load proportion among pregnant women in Shenyang between 2016 and 2010.Methods Serum HBV markers and HBV DNA were investigated in all pregnant women treated at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University between January and December 2016 and were compared with those between June 2010 and November 2011.Results HBsAg prevalence among pregnant women in 2016 was 3.08% (441/14314).Among 441 HBsAg positive pregnant women,151 (34.24%) cases were HBeAg positive,and 112 (25.40%) cases had high viral load mainly in HBeAg positive pregnant women(95.54%,107/112).HBsAg prevalence among pregnant women in 2010 was 5.49% (249/4536).Among 249 HBsAg positive pregnant women,167 (67.07%) cases were HBeAg positive,and 37(14.86%) cases had high viral load only in HBeAg positive pregnant women,There was a significant difference in HBsAg prevalence,HBeAg postive proportion and high viral load proportion between pregnant women in 2016 and those in 2010 (x2=56.59,P<0.01;x2=69.02,P<0.01;x2=10.44,P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion HBsAg prevalence declines,HBeAg postive proportion and high viral load proportion increase among pregnant women in 2016,compared with those in 2010.We should strengthen the screening of HBV among pregnant women with HBeAg negative.关键词
