充分水化对对比剂肾病的预防作用——倾向评分配比分析
The effects of adequate hydration on prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy: a propensity score-matched analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of adequate hydration on prevention of contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN),through propensity score matching analysis,in the hospitalized patients undergoing coronary angiography (CA) or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods A total of 3993 patients hospitalized in Beijing Anzhen Hospital in 2010 were collected.Among them,48 patients accepted adequate hydration and 3945 patients did not accept hydration.Using propensity score matching method 48 patients without hydration,who matched with the adequately hydrated patients,were screened out.In this way,the adequate hydration group and the non-hydration group (48 patients in each group) in this study were formed,The incidence of CIN,the adverse events and mortality during hospitalization were observed and compared between these two groups.Results The incidence of CIN was 16.7％ in the non-hydration group and 0 in the adequate hydration group (P=0.006).The incidence of in-hospital adverse events was 2.1％ in the non-hydration group and 0 in the adequate hydration group (P=1.000).No patients died in both groups.Conclusion Adequate hydration can effectively prevent CIN.关键词
