Application of Self-Microemulsifying Drug Delivery System in Pharmaceutical Preparation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the latest research progress of self - microemulsifying drug delivery system. Methods The literature at home and abroad were summarized, the basic theory, formulation and quality evaluation of self - microemulsifying drug delivery system were expatiated in detail, and the application of self - microemulsifying drug delivery system in pharmaceutical preparation in recent years was introduced. Results The self - microemulsitying drug delivery system had a good prospect, it could significantly enhance the absorption and bioavailability of some insoluble drugs. Conclusion There are still some problems in the self - microemulsifying drug delivery system, and it needs to be strengthened in more discipline fields to promote its innovation and development.关键词
