益气化瘀补肾方治疗绝经后妇女原发性骨质疏松症及对骨代谢标志物的影响
Effect of Yiqi Huayu Bushen Recipe for Treating Postmenopausal Women Patients with Primary Osteoporosis and Its Effect on Markers of Bone Metabolism

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu Bushen Recipe in the treatment of postmenopausal women patients with primary osteoporosis and its effect on markers of bone metabolism. Methods Totally 80 postmenopausal women patients with primary osteoporosis from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine, on this basis, the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huayu Bushen Recipe. The course was 3 months. The bone mineral density(BMD), TCM symptom score, the levels of serum bone tumor markers[alkaline phosphatase(ALP), procollagen type Ⅰ N - propeptide(PINP) and C - terminal telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen cross - linking(S - CTX) ], serum calcium, phosphorus, creatinine, parathyroid hormone(PTH) and vitamin D3 (Vit D3 ) were recorded and compared. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the value of BMD and score of TCM syndrome in the observation group increased obviously, and the level of serum bone turnover markers decreased significantly ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was no significant difference in the levels of serum calcium, phosphorus, creatinine, PTH and Vit D3 before and after treatment in the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Yiqi Huayu Bushen Recipe in the treatment of postmenopausal women patients with primary osteoporosis has good effect and safety, it can improve the value of BMD and score of TCM syndrome, reduce the markers of bone metabolism, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
