Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Recipe on hs - CRP, quality of life, rehospitalization rate and mortality rate in patients with chronic heart failure(Yang deficiency type) . Methods Totally 99 patients with chronic heart failure(Yang deficiency type) in the outpatient or inpatient of Department of Cardiology in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group (49 cases) and the treatment group (50 cases). The two groups were treated with Western medicine for anti heart failure, on this basis, the treatment group was treated with Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Recipe, the course of treatment was 12 months. Results After 3, 12 months of treatment, the effective rates of the treatment group was 88. 00％ and 94. 00％ , respectively, which were higher than 73. 47％ and 79. 59％ of the control group( P < 0. 05) . The level of hs - CRP in the control group was not significantly different from that before treatment( P > 0. 05), but the level of hs - CRP in the treatment group was gradually reduced( P < 0. 05) . The Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire( MLHFQ) scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment( P < 0. 05 ) , and the decrease of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The rehospitalization rates in the treatment group was 26. 00％ and 46. 00％ , respectively, which were significantly lower than 42. 78％ and 61. 22％ in the control group( P < 0. 05), and there was no significant difference in the mortality rate between the two groups( P > 0. 05) . Conclusion Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Recipe can inhibit excessive activation of inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic heart failure, improve the life quality of patients, reduce the rehospitalization rate, and improve the short - term and long - term prognosis of patients.关键词
