血府逐瘀汤合防己黄芪汤加减治疗骨伤后期肢体肿胀50例疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Fangji Huangqi Decoction in treating limb swelling in the later period of bone fracture. Methods Totally 100 patients with limb swelling in the later period of bone fracture admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the obversation group and the control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous drip of mannitol, while the observation group was treated with modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Fangji Huangqi Decoction. Results After treatment, the scores of SF - 36 quality of life in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 00％ , which was significantly higher than 80. 00％ of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Fangji Huangqi Decoction in treating limb swelling in the later period of bone fracture can comprehensively relieve the symptoms of edema, improve the outcome and prognosis of the disease, and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
