摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yangweishu Capsules combined with Fufang Huangliansu Tabelts in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) with the type of damp - heat in spleen and stomach. Methods Totally 63 patients with CAG with the type of damp - heat in spleen and stomach were randomly divided into the control group( n = 31) and the treatment group( n = 32) . The control group was treated with Vitacoenzyme Tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Yangweishu Capsules combined with Fufang Huangliansu Tabelts. Results After treatment, the TCM symptom classification scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05), the gastric function related indicators, oxidative stress indexes and inflammatory factors in serum in the treatment group were significantly improved than those in the control group( P < 0. 05), the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90. 62％ vs. 70. 97％ , P < 0. 05) . No serious adverse reactions occurred in two groups during the treatment, and the recurrence rate of CAG in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yangweishu Capsules combined with Fufang Huangliansu Tabelts in the treatment of CAG with the type of damp - heat in the spleen and stomach can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, improve TCM syndromes, gastric function related indicators and oxidative stress status and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, it is safe and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of CAG.关键词
