摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of ICU clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmaceutical care. Methods The clinical pharmacist participated in the whole course of pharmaceutical care for 1 patient with interstitial pneumonia after kidney transplantation in ICU, and assisted the physician in formulating the treatment plan. Results The clinical pharmacist actively cooperated with the physician from the selection of anti - infective drugs and pharmaceutical care, and provided a rational drug use scheme for the patient, so that the patient′s pulmonary infection has been significantly improved. It avoided the serious adverse reactions and improved the efficacy and life quality of the patient with pneumonia after kidney transplantation. Conclusion It is beneficial to improve the safety and effectiveness of the drug treatment for clinical pharmacist to go into clinical practice, cooperate with the medical treatment of physician and carry out pharmaceutical care voluntarily.关键词
