Abstract
Objective To improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in the hospital and to promote the rational drug use. Methods The records of drug consultation in the hospital in 2016 were classified and analyzed. Based on the results of statistics and combined with practical cases, the methods of improving the drug consultation or the quality of pharmaceutical services were discussed. Results The total number of drug consultation in our hospital in 2016 was 362 cases. Consultants were mainly doctors and patients, which accounted for 47. 02％ and 32. 45％ , respectively, followed by family members of the patients and nurses, which accounted for 9. 93％ and 8. 61％ , respectively. The ways of consultation were mainly telephone consultation or consultation face to face. The main content of the consultation was the amount of drugs used, indications, adverse drug reactions, drug interactions, mechanisms of action and drug compatibility taboo. The satisfaction survey for drug consultation results in 2016 was 80. 79％. Conclusion Drug consultation can improve the quality of pharmaceutical care, enhance the level of drug counseling clinical pharmacists′ pharmaceutical care skills, improve the compliance of patients, promote the development of pharmaceutical care and rational drug use in clinical.关键词
