自由基引发剂对环糊精整体柱手性分离能力的影响研究
Effect of Radical Initiator on Enantioseparation Ability of Cyclodextrin Functionalized Polymethacrylate Monoliths

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of radical initiator on the enantioseparation ability of β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) functionalized monolithic capillary column.Methods Two poly(GMA-EDA-β-CD-co-MBA) monolithic columns have been prepared by using hydrosoluble initiator 2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride(AIBA) and hydrophobic initiator 2,2′-azobis(2-methyl-propionitrile) (AIBN),respectively.Their differences of chemical properties(DSC analysis and elemental analysis),physical properties (permeability,reproducibility and SEM) and chromatographic properties(retention mechanism and enantioseparation evaluation) were also systematically compared.Results The results demonstrated that the more hydrophilic initiator AIBA could speed up the free radical reaction,but no advantage on the enantioseparation ability of its β-CD-functionalized monolithic column was observed.Conclusion Initiator has an obvious effect on enantioseparation ability,and hydrophobic initiator AIBN has obvious advantages in the preparation of cyclodextrin polymer monolithic column.关键词
