摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of Ophiopogon japonicus and establish a method of isolation and identification.Methods The chemical compounds were separated by Sp825 macroporous adsorption resin and ODS-C18 chromatographic column from 70% ethanol extract of Ophiopogon japonicus,and then they were identified.Results With spectroscopic analysis and physical-chemical data determination methods,5 compounds were identified as 3,4-dihydroxy-allylbenzene 4-O-[α- L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)] -β- D-glucopyranoside,borneol 7-O-β- D-glucopyranoside,( 22S)-cholest-5-ene-1β,3β,16β,22-tetraol-1-O-α- L-rhamnopyranosyl-16-O-β- D-glucopyranoside,methyophiopogonanone A,methyophiopogonanone B.Conclusion The method has good separation effect,and the compounds can be identified accurately.In the future,the above 5 compounds can be further studied in order to help Ophiopogon japonicus play a greater role in clinical.
