Optimization of Ultrasonic-Assisted Extraction of Total Saponins from Lomatogonium Rotatum by Response Surface Method

Abstract
Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of total saponins from Lomatogonium rotatum by response surface method.Methods The effects of ethanol concentration,liquid-solid ratio and ultrasonic time on the extraction of total saponins were studied on the basis of single factor test,and the ultrasonic extraction conditions of the total saponins from Lomatogonium rotatum were optimized by the response surface method.Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:ethanol concentration was 77%,liquid-solid ratio was 40 mL/g,ultrasonic time was 33 min,under this condition,the total saponin content was 27.36 mg/g,which was close to the theoretical predictive value.The binomial fitting complex correlation coefficient(R2) was 0.9175.Conclusion Response surface method is reliable and practical for multi-objective optimization of extraction process for total saponins from Lomatogonium rotatum.关键词
