催乳颗粒配合母乳喂养对产褥期产妇母婴健康的影响
Effect of Cuiru Granules Combined with Breastfeeding on Maternal and Infant Health in Puerperium
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Cuiru Granules combined with breastfeeding on physical and mental recovery of par-turient women in puerperium and neonatal prevalence.Methods Totally 600 parturient women admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,300 cases in each group.The parturient women in the two groups were accepted breastfeeding teaching during perinatal period,and their mental nursing was strengthened during the hospitalization period so as to obtain the systematic and perfect guidance for the whole course of breastfeeding.On this basis,the observation group was given Guiru Granules,20 g per time,3 times a day for 42 d.Results The first lactation time and the duration of lochia in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the lochia discharge and incidence rate of breast tenderness in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the uterine involution in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.67％,which was significantly higher than 74.67％ of the control group(P < 0.05).2 d after delivery,the scores of EPDS and SAS in the two groups were not statistically significant(P > 0.05),42 d after delivery,the scores of EPDS and SAS in the two groups were signif-icantly increased,and those were significantly higher than those in 2 d after delivery(P < 0.05),and the increase in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence rates of pathological jaundice and diarrhea in the newborns in the observation group was 4.00％ and 12.00％,respectively,which were significantly lower than 12.33％ and 18.67％ in the control group (P < 0.05 ).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar (0 vs 1.67％,P > 0.05).Conclusion The Cuiru Granules combined with breastfeeding has a positive effect on physical and mental recovery of parturient women puerperium,which can help parturient women to improve bad mood,promote lactescence,reduce the incidence of pathological jaun-dice and diarrhea in newborns,it has mild adverse reaction which doesn′t affect breastfeeding,it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
