Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil on stress response in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery.Methods Totally 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(treated with sufentanil) and the observation group(treated with dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil),40 cases in each group.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of MAP and HR at 1 min after intubation and 18 min after pneumoperitoneum in the observation group were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),the levels of DTER,CD3 +,CD4+ were increased and the levels of FEIR,ACTH,Cor,ALD were decreased after surgery in the observation group(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.50％ vs.15.00％,P < 0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with sufentanil can maintain the stability of hemody-namics in laparoscopic surgery and reduce the stress response during perioperative period.关键词
