Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil for protecting the lung injury during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB ).Methods Totally 60 patients undergoing valve replacement operation with CPB were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the same anesthesia method and surgical treatment,and the treatment group was given Alprostadil Injection during the operation.Results After treatment,the oxygenation index(OI) and resistance index(RI)were increased in the two groups,and the increase in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) in the two groups were increased significantly,and the change in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the two groups were increased significantly,and the increase in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients undergoing valve replacement operation with CPB,improve oxygenation index,reduce respiratory index,clearing oxygen free radicals,provide a protective effect on lung injury induced by cardiopulmonary bypass in many processes,it has good clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
