摘要
Abstract
Harmonic phenomenon in wide band TWTs (6～18 GHz/200 W) are researched.To suppressthe 2nd harmonic in broadband TWTs,harmonic injection theory is applied and a microwave link is added to the input port.The designed microwave link is examined in TWT thermal test and the result can reach the design target.During the frequency range of 6～9 GHz,the harmonic suppression ratio is lower than -14.13 dBc.关键词
