高能球磨制备钠离子电池负极材料CuP2/C
Preparing anode material CuP2/C for sodium ion battery via high-energy ball-milling

Abstract
Copper phosphide (CuP2)/C materials were synthesized via high-energy ball-milling process,using copper powder,conductive carbon black SP and nontoxic commercial red phosphorus as raw materials,ball-milled 36 h in argon atmosphere.XRD,SEM methods were employed to analyze the phase structure and morphology of the material.Galvanostatic charge-discharge and cyclic voltammetry(CV) were used to test the electrochemical performance of the material.The capacity of pure CuP2 materials attenuated fast.CuP2/C with good conductivity was formed laminated structure,in which pressed soft carbon materials forming special composite.This construction could not only ameliorate the reunion phenomenon of particles,but also enhance the conductiveability.When cycled in 0.01-2.50 V with 100 mA/g,the initial specific discharge and charge capacity of CuP2/C composite were 796.15 mAh/g and 450.44 mAh/g respectively,with 56.6% initial coulombic efficiency.At the 100th cycle,the specific discharge and charge capacity were 489.53 mAh/g and 488.00 mAh/g,while its coulombic efficiency was 99.7%.关键词
