摘要

Abstract

The surface activation of graphene was carried out using nitric acid.Using the tests such as XRD,SEM,BET specific surface area analysis,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS),the effects of nitric acid treatment on the surface and electrochemical performance were analyzed.The content of hydroxyl and carbonyl groups on the surface of the sample after nitric acid treatment was increased.When cycled in 1.5-4.2 V with 0.1 A/g,the initial specific discharge capacity of modified graphene was 110.9 mAh/g,the capacity retention was 95.22% after 500 cycles.
