摘要
Abstract
Laser cleaning was used to remove the terminal post oxides on power Li-ion battery,the optimized parameters of deoxidation technique on laser power of 50 W were obtained,such as scanning speed of (5000 ± 100) mm/s,pulse frequency of 50 kHz and scanning interval of 0.06 mm.The connection reliability and anticorrosive property experiments showed that a marked loss was generated in terminal post contact resistance which in general was less than 0.02 mΩ and good dynamic contact consistency was acquired with maximum voltage difference which was less than 0.025 V after charging for 1 min.Comparing to the traditional manual polish method,the anticorrosive property of the surface of terminal post could be improved to twice at least,also had advantages in cleaning efficiency and cost.关键词
