Review of graphene quantum dots and their application in power source
摘要
Abstract
The synthesis methods of graphene quantum dot (GQD) such as electrochemical scissoring,acid oxidation cutting,hydrothermal and solvothermal cutting,microwave and ultrasonic shearing,synthesis by chemistry solution were introduced.The applications of GQD in fuel cell,supercapacitors,organic solar cells and dye-sensitized solar cells were reviewed.The prospect of GOD applied in power source was suggested.关键词
