基于微信平台的延续性护理对直肠癌造口术后患者康复的影响

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of continuous nursing platform based on WeChat on postoperative recovery of patients with rectal cancer.Methods 92 patients with rectal cancer ostomy admitted to our hospital were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with WeChat-based continuity nursing,the control group was treated with routine hospital education.Two groups were compared before and after intervention regarding the quality of life and self-care ability as well as incidence of complications at 3 months.Results The concept,knowledge,responsibility,skills and total score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those before intervention and those in the control group after intervention (P ＜ 0.05).After intervention,the mental health of the two groups was significantly higher than that before intervention (P ＜ 0.05).The physiological and psychological social scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those before intervention (P ＜ 0.05).The physiological,psychological and mental health scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (39.13％),and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The continuity of care based on WeChat has convenient,real-time effect.It can significantly improve patients seff-care ability and life quality,and can reduce the risk of stoma complications.It is an effective way of continuing nursing care.关键词
