Evaluation on Sustainable Development Capability of Smart Distribution Network Based on System Dynamics

Abstract
The connection of generalized distributed resources(e. g.,distributed generation,energy storage system, and flexible loads)to distribution network is an important measure to realize the sustainable development of smart distri-bution network,which has a great significance in increasing the renewable energy efficiency and achieving energy-sav-ing and emission-reduction. With the consideration of generalized distributed resources participating in smart distribu-tion network,an evaluation index system is proposed for the sustainable development capability of smart distribution network,and the corresponding evaluation model is established based on the theory of system dynamics. The sustain-able development capability of smart distribution network is scored by using a comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy theory,entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed evalu-ation system is verified through tests on an IEEE 33-node smart distribution network containing generalized distributed resources.关键词
