摘要

Abstract

The peak load compensation capacity of combined heat and power(CHP )unit is constrained by the heat-load-based operation mode. To increase the capacity,power grids and wind farms will jointly provide economic compen-sation for CHP plant to encourage them to deploy electric boilers involved in the peak load regulation. Through the anal-ysis of the operation characteristics of CHP units and their influence on both the wind power accommodation and sys-tem's peak load compensation capacity after the configuration of electric boilers,a multi-objective model targeting at maximizing both the wind power accommodation and economic benefit of CHP plant is built and solved by using the non-linear programing method under the constrained equations of both the balance between heat and power and the operation of CHP units,which helps to realize a compatible energy-saving dispatch for both objectives. Simulation results show that the peak load compensation can effectively get more CHP units involved in the peak load regulation;moreover, suitable compensation prices not only reduce the abandoned wind power,but also improve the economic benefit of CHP plant along with the decrease of carbon emissions.
