Economic Scheduling of Active Distribution Network Considering the Coordination of Resources,Network and Loads

Abstract
As the development direction of smart distribution network,active distribution network(ADN)integrates abundant controllable resources,which should be coordinated and comprehensively utilized through optimal scheduling to promote the optimization of network operation and the accommodation of green energy. In this paper,an economic scheduling method for ADN is proposed considering the coordination of resources,network and loads. The control means include distributed generation,energy storage system,flexible network topology,and flexible load shedding/shifting. Considering the electricity purchase cost,loss cost and demand side management cost,an economic scheduling model is established to minimize the operation cost of distribution network,which is solved by improved harmony search(IHS) algorithm. Finally,the correctness and validity of the proposed scheduling method is verified by an example.关键词
